Offering 30 minute and 1 hour one on one psychiatric drug withdrawal, mental health, or life coaching sessions.

We’ll cover coping tools, mind body healing, goal setting, and exposure to come up with a plan that fits your needs and healing process. I can include Christian Biblical aspects into our sessions at your request.

Emergency sessions are also available and allow access to me outside of my usual available business hours. If you feel you need to connect outside of our normal schedule, I am here to help. These sessions could be beneficial for benzo/antidepressant injured clients.

    Sometimes we all feel anxious, depressed, stuck in patterns that doesn't serve you, stuck with our thoughts, patterns of behavior, overwhelm and stress, decisions we want to make, or figuring out who we really are. A life coach will meet you where you are and come beside you to motivate and encourage you. They can help you gain clarity, purpose and motivation around challenges, choices and decisions in life, relationships, and health issues. Life coaching can help you to re-frame beliefs that have been holding you back for years through mind body approach, Faith, Change of habit, and brain retraining. Coaching is about empowering you to be back in control and restoring hope, so you can move forward with positivity and be the best version of you possible. If you have been trying the same things again and again and they still aren’t working, then it is time to try something different. Coaching can be the something different. You can be the change in your life. And begin to live life on purpose.

    There are similarities between coaching and therapy as they both aim to help you with some challenge in your life. Therapy can focus more on diagnosis, whereas coaching does not diagnose or work directly with mental health diagnoses. Therapy tends to focus more in the past, whereas the main coaching focus is in the present and future, to help you move forward. Therapy looks into experiences, whereas coaching challenges the beliefs that you are left with from the experiences. Coaching is based on positive psychology and client led, whereas therapy maybe more directive and therapist driven.

    That depends on you. The more you put into coaching, the more you will get out of it. Coaching is led by you, and your motivation to change. No one size fits all, and different dynamics can influence the time it will take. Coaching is a commitment to yourself and your future. Change takes time. As your coach I will be with you on your journey for as long as you need.

    That is a personal preference. I have clients that do weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. After every session I give you a print out of things we discussed, goals, and things you can work on. I do this sheet with new things weekly but I can always change that to bi weekly or monthly.
