Life on Purpose focuses on supporting you through psychiatric medication withdrawal while taking a holistic approach to your healing. I am a Christian psychiatric medication withdrawal coach, called to walk beside you on the often unseen and deeply painful journey of recovery from psychiatric drug injury. With Christ at the center, I offer support for nervous system repair, spiritual restoration, and whole-person healing.
Please let me know if you prefer not to incorporate or focus on Christian aspects, and I will create a plan to accommodate your request. At the end of the day, my goal is to support you in healing your mind, body, and soul, regardless of your faith beliefs.
That depends on what you are experiencing and how your healing process progresses. Unfortunately, there is no definite timeline, and everyone's healing journey is unique to them. The more you invest in your healing, the more you will experience the benefits of working toward your goal of reclaiming your life. Change can take time, but I will be by your side every step of the way.
That is a personal preference based on the protocol I provide. I have clients who meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. After each session, I provide a summary of what we discussed, goals, and areas of focused healing. Based on that and your preferences, we can find a cadence that works best to meet your recovery goals.
Amazing, and congratulations on taking the first step! First, schedule a free discovery call. Together, we will discuss what you are looking for and whether my expertise is a good fit for you. I want to ensure I can support you in the best way before committing to a full session.
Yes, I do! Feel free to ask any questions about scheduling via the form located on the contact us page.
Yes! Please reach out to me and we will work together to create a package that fits your needs best.
I offer specific sessions for caretakers so that we can focus on your healing during your session. Caretaker sessions are designed specifically for family members and close friends of those suffering from medication injury. It’s a compassionate, judgment free space where you can openly share your concerns, ask questions, and receive guidance. Together, we’ll talk about what your loved one is going through, and I’ll offer practical ways you can support them during this challenging time. You’ll also gain a deeper understanding of the recovery process, so you can walk alongside your loved one with empathy, patience, and hope.
